This weekend, I took my truck in for an oil change. When I bought it, I got a deal where I get free oil changes as long as I bring it back to where I purchased it. During the normal inspection, they discovered my air filter was clogged up. The usual procedure is to bring the filter in to support their argument to change it. (They are over ( Read more... )

Here's an article about an osprey nest in eastern Iowa. My grandmother and aunt don't live far from it so they sent me the article. The fledglings they show in the video and picture are about the age I worked with back in 2006. You also can hear the osprey "cacking" as they are brought down.

This has been a much improved week at work. Monday, I went to my supervisor's supervisor and stated I was about ready to file harassment against my supervisor again. As I mentioned previously, my team leader at work has been a problem. She is highly aggressive with little reason and shows little to no communication skills. Often I am forced to ask questions of clarification upon basic subjects because she does not clearly speak or write. It has been an interesting week. Monday night, we got a blizzard. It was bad getting home and then Dad got the car stuck in the driveway. This is the second time it has gotten stuck so bad we need another vehicle to get it out. Last time, it took the tractor and lots of cleaning so this time we tried the tractor again. Sorry all for not updating sooner. When I got home, I changed jobs and started at Skarshaug Testing Labs. It has been a tiring job which keeps me busy. I've also been active with my family and beginning new gaming adventures. I'm hoping to find more to do but we will have to wait and see what happens.
