So happy right now :)
As of 1 am this morning, I am in a relationship for the first time since senior year of high school. I could not be happier. He makes me believe good things can happen. I really don't know what I did to be blessed with this guy in my life but he's here, and I'm not going to let my insecurities get in the way.

Fuckin' Irene
I survived Hurricane Irene. Mom, Dad, and Mike are also doing just fine, we came out of the hurricane with minimal damage. The only thing that happened was a tree falling across the common drive, and leaves everywhere. Other than that, the only thing I can complain about is the power situation. After being back in Newport this weekend for Gracie's graduation from Salve, I can't believe mine was two years ago. It seems like every time I go back, there's a moment of "I'm home" followed by a feeling of "I don't belong here" that gets stronger each time. My time at Salve is done.
