I'm reading the trial updates for Prop 8 in California. Basically they were going to televise the proceedings but were not allowed due to there being laws against it and it being a novel idea which needed a precedent set. The neighbors in our... neighborhood have a thing called soup night on sundays. We finally went tonight, and it was a lot of fun. Food, bring what you got or don't. Then we played music, Neal did really well on guitar and sang some too! I'm so proud of him, shy guy that he is ( Read more... )

I'm home from work today, though at this point I don't think it matters since it's after 5. I went to the doctor and found out I had strep throat. Neal was diagnosed 2 days ago so no big surprise there. I'm eating Popsicle and ibuprofen ( Read more... )

Spent the day with my Neal, on the event of his birth 30 years later. It's been a pretty decent day. It's not about presents and parties, because we lacked either, but that we were able to take the time for each other, and that's what really matters.

I'm blessed to have such a beautiful and wonderful man as my partner.

I'm on school break and now I'm on Work Break.

Woot.

The new year is only 25 days away.

I think of trying to post more often. or maybe drawing a comic, and doing one a week. I'm not sure, but something for a new year's resolution.
