trust me honey, i have one all filled out already... after last years disaster with the terri schiavo thing, i went a little nuts and made sure i had one

i still dont have one...but i do need to get one and also a durable power of attorney so that if anything happens Dani has all the power in the world to make decisions...and of course if she couldnt then you could...
