For most of the week I get up between 5AM and 5:30AM because I have to be at work by 7AM. Luckily I only live 20 minutes, maximum, from work. Howl has learned this schedule well. It's too hot. I hate it. I can't work on anything in this position. My hand keeps sticking to the tablet when I'm trying to colour! I have a commission and now two pieces for art exchanges or contests I have to finish. DAMN IT! I want to work on my art, but my brain is melting and oozing out the ears.

I'm contemplating changing my LJ theme again. The problem is, I'm not sure what to change it too. I suspect I'll end up flipping through my pictures until I find a few I like and base the theme off of that ( Read more... )

A squirrel got loose in the office yesterday. It was chased in by our work dogs, who'd been left at the office. I had been talking on the phone to a customer when I saw something run across my shoe. In the normal process of kittens growing up, they're supposed to learning about litterboxes. Usually their mother teaches them this.
