the clinic i work in sees wounded warriors right from downrange...not the severe ones thank goodness. but every day is enlightening. i get to hear their stories, their losses, their excitement about seeing their families. it touches me in some way every day. i really hope everyone realizes what these guys/girls are doing for us ( Read more... )

i actually got to witness a child being born yesterday. it was the most amazing thing i've ever experienced. the blessing of a life coming into this world. i don't think i will ever be the same. i am amazed at what God has given us.

yes it was pretty disgusting, but it was like it didn't even matter.
