Why do I have the exact same twinge of pain in my right ring finger and my right "ring" toe? It's been going on for a few days now--it feels as though I punched and kicked a brick wall, simultaneously...all other digits feel fine. I'm getting old.

I just got back from seeing Mos Def perform live...and all I can say is AMAZING. Just so positive and inspiring, and you could just feel all this great energy coming from the stage and the crowd...it was so powerful.
