#6 looks like wild strawberry! We have it all over in our grass too but the chickens and ducks get to them before we do!

#7 Looks really familar to me. I swear it will come to me, probably in the middle of the night.

#6 - Close! I googled wild strawberry, in hopes that I could have a snack. Alas, it is a mock strawberry that I probably don't want to snack on. But I'm glad you mentioned it - it lead me to the answer.

#4 could be a birch of some sort - lots of varieties! I have them in the yard. The catkins looks a little different than ours. Does the tree turn yellow in the autumn?

#1 is also familiar. Does the fruit stay that size and color? Is it crab apple? Do the birds eat the fruit? What color do the leaves turn in autumn?

Let us know what you finally discover!

#4 - It does look like a birch. I need to check the bark when I get home. I haven't been in this house during the autumn yet, so I'm not sure what the leaves do.

#1 - I added more info to the description. I don't think it is a crab apple, and I haven't seen birds eat the fruit. I checked back at pictures from the winter, and it looked like the tree stayed green all winter.

It's fun having all this "new" stuff in the yard. They planted things I'd never think of planting...
