It was just me getting very very angry all of a sudden. It happened because all the things that have been bugging me in the last few weeks, months, years even seemed to all come togther and I blew up.

I'm better now.

I think however if anyone was near me at that time I would have been violent so I'm glad it happened at night and at home.
You all probably know how I always said that if I ever had a total fallout it wouldnt be pretty well it happened.

Count yourselves lucky you didnt have to see it.
