The actual actions look plausible enough: membership rates, adopting the Ben Jason Hugo rocket, setting up a Hugo Procedures Committee, limiting Hugo voting to members, moving off Labor Day (postponed to 1961), mail balloting for site selection (postponed indefinitely) and selecting Seattle for the 1961 Worldcon.

I suppose "wood" is good enough, being non-Latin, but wouldn't Pennswold or Pennsweald have been better?
