I recently got a chance to climb a rung up the ladder at work. I still wash dishes occasionally, but I just started also doing bread shifts. Bread shifts are for making bread, casserole, mac and cheese, salad dressing, gravy, collard greens, and other random odds and ends. it's a vegetarian restaurant, with a very slight southern comfort food bent. i'm loving it so far.
