Appt. with ED doc

So, on Thursday I have an appt. with my ed doctor.  She hasn't like my progress lately.  Who am I kidding, I haven't made any progress lately.  In fact I got swept up into a whole deteriorating cycle of ed behaviors that I just couldn't stop.  Binging/purging, restrciting, and overexercising.  Last Friday my case manager called and told me that the ( Read more... )

Good job on not b/ping for quite a few days - that's a huge step! I found your journal on ed_recovery, mind if I add you? I'm in recovery mode myself. Good luck on making more progress!

Great job on not purging! I know how hard it is not to, and you should really give yourself a giant pat on the back for stoping yourself from doing it. Also, how old are your kids?
I ask this because I am actually 16, and if my mom was going through the same thing as you are, I would support any desicion she made, as long as it was the healthy desicion. : ]

They are 12, 13, and 15. I know they want me to be healthy, it's just that it's so hard on them when they're dad is always away because of the army. I hate to add to it, but it might be necessary and if it gets to that point I'll go again.
