Seems to get a "sort of"

Look up the guy online, he's obviously an amateur satirist. Of course, there is the risk that this gets taken too far, he gets a bill introduced and the right turns out in droves to vote for it.

Doing so would probably do crazy things to California, like emptying it out, or at least have people getting their marital business conducted in other states (think of the economic boon to Nevada).

My first attempt at reply was fudged, so here it is again.

Where Nevada could certainly use the income, I would be more concerned with the boon in murder and abuse rates. I hope people have their chuckle, or their huzzah and fist pump, and then this thing dies.
