I spent so much time perusing these shots, they are lovely! I love your wedding parties clothes so much! Your bride was wearing the most well put together and original dress I have ever seen at a wedding, and I have many friends who have had period weddings, etheral themed weddings etc. I just had the best time enjoying your big day in seeing these. THanks so much for sharing!

May I send a friend who is getting married in December to view them through this link? She is Scottish, and a SGA member/fanatic *g* and is planning her dress now. I thought she may be able to gather some inspiration from your beautiful wedding.

She is a Knight and I can't remember what her future husband plays. I do know that if she ever came towards me with a sword in hand I wouldn't make it out of the building, lol. They really wear period costuming such as armor and the like and weild legitimate weaponry. Mari (my friend) is stronger than a lot of men I know in the upper body because of this SCA group training and get togethers. They have fairs and weekend gatherings and the food is all period, as are the sleeping sites and quarters, and everyone has their station and portrays them during the get togethers. Some are handmaidens and support the queen, etc. Some are Knights for their queen or a jester, etc.
