We need matching sweaters. And hats.

Oh gosh you totally need matching sweaters from the QUACKER FACTORY. Jeanne Bice can hook you up on the QVC. Granted they are WOMEN'S holiday sweaters but you could go for that festive feel. Then you could send them to Leslie at the Gem Sweater Museum.

I think eating with hobo kids sounds way more fun than a cocktail party.

You parent's house looks really pretty! I want to be all cute and stylish like your mom. She always looks, as they say, put together. I always look homeless or like I have the flu. I get asked that a lot..."are you ok? are you sick?"

That look on Eddie's face is pretty much how I feel every day at work.

I know. I never look stylish either, and I'm related to her. Sometimes I get her old stuff, which helps. I always tell her, just buy two of everything and give one to me. She never remembers to do that or she says "I don't know what you'll like"....Hello, I hate shopping so whatever she buys I'll like!

LOL on Eddie's face.

Is that Americana place a new mall, or has it always been there?

It's newish- maybe a year and a half or so. It's the same developer as The Grove and is very similar.

Ok cool I will have to go there. While you travel around visiting restaurants, I travel around visiting malls.

So reading along, loving the pictures, reading the menu and was like, all Homer Simpson drool all over myself when I read prime rib on the menu. Instantly, I knew I was going to come and comment and then there is was in all color photo glory. I could have licked the screen. Everything else was awesome too.

Let me know if you are ever in AZ again. My brother is a manager at La Buca. You should give it a try :)

I know on the prime rib! I've been trying to convince my parents to make it for Xmas- but we're having 40 people over so I don't think they'll go for it.

We'll be in PHX again at the end of the month!

We have prime rib for Christmas dinner, but our table maxes out at 14.

My mom can't cook so anything even remotely difficult she immediately says NO on. I think my dad is gonna make a couple of beef tenderloins instead.
