Friday morning I woke up and made cookies. I have a couple close friends who have been having some trouble with their marriage, times have been tough. I felt like I had been making an effort to be there for her but hadn't gotten the chance to be there for him. So I made him cookies, wrote him a note and drove down to his house

In all honesty, I didn't get much out of the sitting together. Maybe it's just how I handle things. Sitting around moping wouldn't help me, sitting around and making jokes about pregnancy brain however... that was worthwhile.
