This sounds weird to say, but it sounds like of all the people that could have found him, you were more equipped emotionally?
I"m sorry you are feeling alone. And it makes sense that others are worried about you. Suicide can bring stuff up for people.
What are some of the things you are doing to take care of yourself? (It sounds like picking up extra shifts is one)
