I am so miserably sick right now.  I need someone to take care of me.  Since I can't take any medications or herbal supplements, I worry that I'm not getting any better.

I've decided I want to apply for the FBI.  I have two obstacles: the physical and the age requirement.  The physical is as follows:

McDonald's Shamrock Shake Copycat Recipe
(makes 1 giant shake, or 2 generously sized shakes)

Ingredients:
3 cups good quality vanilla ice cream
1 3/4 cups 1% milk
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
Green food coloring, if desired

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until completely thick and smooth. Pour into glasses and serve!

Today, I had to drive five hours for business... in a rental car.  Last night, on my way to WalMart to get last minute supplies, a seventeen year-old girl ran a red light in an SUV, T-boned a compact car at 50 mph, and my poor Element was a casualty.  Luckily, it is fixable but is out of commission ( Read more... )

One week in Scotland.
Scotland -> Stockholm
4 day cruise consisting of: one day in Estonia, one day in St. Petersburg, and half day in Sweden.
Sweden -> Munich
Two days in Munich
Back to work to sleep. :)

First resolution, work at work and not at home.  This is a reoccurring resolution that I remake throughout the year but, in light of current events, I believe I am over the guilt associated with not working at home.

December 30 - 44 completed
December 30 - 20 left

ARGH!

Not going to be at zero by the 4th.  Two days sick.  Two days Christmas.  Two more today.  Oh well, there's always next year.
