And you have to eat all day long 5 to 6 meals a day - just only 3 major and the other 2 to 3 smaller and of course your 3 regular meals will consist of healthier stuff
Here's your goal: keep it under 26 grams of fat and 1500 to 1900 calories (for you cuz you're male) but definately should look at some nutrician websites for your caloric intake.
