I went to the gym on Wednesday to meet with my personal trainer (don't think i'm all fancy n shit *snicker* i only get two free consultations) to discuss my body fat content something a mah bobber and discovered that it was 47% body fat.  Not ony did this disgust me... but I also found out that I weigh 8 more pounds than my scale at home has been ( Read more... )

You've got a great plan. I need to get my ass in gear and do the same shit. I'm getting a gym membership tomorrow, so hopefully that will kick me in the ass. I've cut out caffeine unless I'm tired on the drive home (don't want to kill my cow-orkers...too much), and even though I eat a fairly huge lunch, I'm not snacking and my dinner and breakfast are fairly small.

Can't wait to see you after you've gotten closer to your goal weight... I think you look fine now. :)

Thank you for the compliment - I do not look fine now. But then again, this is totally a self imposed situation. I am not happy with myself, I look in the mirror and I am not happy with what I see... nothing else to do but lose it :P

And you have to eat all day long 5 to 6 meals a day - just only 3 major and the other 2 to 3 smaller and of course your 3 regular meals will consist of healthier stuff

Here's your goal: keep it under 26 grams of fat and 1500 to 1900 calories (for you cuz you're male) but definately should look at some nutrician websites for your caloric intake.
