I have wanted to study abroad since i went to college. I have never been out of the country and have always been fascinated by europe's history and cultures. i chose to go to london due to the fact that i can take classes for my major there, and the language is English which will be nice. The pound is really expensive and my goal is to lose

Dana, you're going to have an amazing time. so go, enjoy yourself, and bring back some real beer hahaha but seriously, it'll be a little hard at first, but once you get out there and start traveling and seeing all the awesome stuff in Europe it's all gravy. and don't forget to take pictures and put them on facebook for all the people that can't go with you :D

i know exactly how you feel. when i was going to italy last year i really didn't want to go and i was just leaving for three weeks in the middle of the semester. but once i got there i realized i was insane for thinking it was going to be less fun than syracuse (missing the big east tournament was kind of a drag...but still) :) have a great time! I know you will, especially since you're going to italy for your spring break. Say "ciao" to italia for me! :)

So far both times I've gone to Europe in the past few years, I wasn't really digging the idea before hand. I'm sure you'll be way happy there, London is an amazing place to be!!
