i am starting to make friends here in duluth. finally. I have been here for a year. At least it's happening now. It would be a lot easier for me to hang out with my friends if I was allowed to accept rides from them. I am allowed to ride in their cars but only if they give a copy of their drivers liscence and insurance information to bluewater

So you can take rides from people now? Do you still have a curfew, or have to have an escort? Because if you could come to get-togethers, it would be a lot easier to hang out.

I can take rides, I don't need an escort, curfew will be case by case. Let me know whats going on, I would love to hang out more.
