I get creepy dreams when I am worried and stressed.
Dreams are usually a reflection of what is happening during the day. Is it possible that worry about the exams is making your sleep patterns worse? I know it sounds like a vicious cycle but if you can do something to change your usual routine before bed (and cut down on chocolate or cheese before bed?) it might help you ease out of your worry. Take care. Don't give up on yourself or your exams. The decent sleep patterns will return somehow.

Sadly the dreams and my problems with sleep turned up a long time before the exams. It was annoying and stressful, but I could take days out and stay in bed if I felt too groggy. Now with the exams approaching I don't have time to take days out and really need my mind to function as normal :-S I had assumed it would just go away again, but so far it hasn't. I will try to cut down on chocolate and cheese and see if that does anything.
