That was a great story... right until the end. Because tbh I'm disappointed that J2 didn't end up together. Not that I don't understand or anything, but here is the thing I read fics to read how they have a happy-ending after all the difficulties they had to go through. So, a warning would have been nice. But that's just me ;)
Just one thing I'm not sure of. I get that Jensen and Jared didn't end up together, and that Jared has a husband, but is the best friend Jensen refers to at the end Jared? Or is he in business with his best friend and his new agency? And what is his agency? Is that like an American thing where you have professional people who run campaigns? Is that what he was doing with Danneel?
I had a bit of a hard time figuring out the acronyms for the polital stuff.
Okay so where J2 joking around at the end or did they actually not end up together . . . gotta tell you had I known they weren't together at the end I wouldn't have read the story.
Otherwise you wrote a good story that I enjoyed till you broke 'em up.
Excuse me while I clutch my heart, bb. ♥ I thought you hit the issues well, and I adore Aldis way too much. ;)
I thought the ending was realistic. The boys realized that it wasn't a healthy relationship romantically and instead being friends was the better fit. It hurts, but that's what happens. ♥ Good job, hun.

Aside from that, I really enjoyed it.

I loved the first fic in this series and was so looking forward to this.
I just feel like I wish I could have been warned that they don't end up together. Kind of ruined it for me.
