So our pretty little calico is at the vet until Monday. She got a bad cold, couldn't/didn't eat for maybe a week, and her liver got fatty while she lived off her fat stores. Mixed week. Work is going - frustrating with boss in office, manageable when he's out. Sad, neh? At least I've got the morning to myself. A fix-it ticket that I forgot about because the car broke down 2 days after I got it is now a $123 fine unless I can sweet talk the judge into letting it go since the car is kaput. Sweet relief - we've managed to get one car up and running. It involved a few really late nights (i.e. up until midnight or later) and a couple really early mornings (i.e. out of bed at 4:30am or so), but our '98 Mustang is repaired and legal.
