SHAME!   That's what's I feel all the time!   I have known that word for a long time but only today did I realize it matches the emotion that is the foundation for my daily life.   Whew!  Nice to finally have a name for it.

yeah, at first I felt all relieved and ready to deal with stuff in a productive way. But then I started to feel shame about my shame and that was less helpful.
