i guess after getting the news about being laid off it's hard to even think about other things like the missouri trip let alone write about it. :( i'm sorry - i don't know what else to say because i can't think of anything that would make you feel better. i know what you mean about freaking out - i do too but since it's farther off for me it's kind of off and on worrying about it or trying not to think about it at all. i would imagine that stress about being laid off is at least part of the reason you're fighting with tres - if you're already stressed then anything else that happens would be more upsetting than usual.
i thought you got a tv at christmas, or were you just shopping for it then? i don't think the converter boxes cost that much if you wanted to do that for now.
everyone gave me money for a tv but now i'm thinking i should just save it or pay my dentist bill with it, but then i wouldn't have anything to show for the gift money and i don't know what i would say to that.
yes, everything is more upsetting than usual. but i think the weight gain is magnifiying everything ten fold. can't control my employment, can't control my weight.
well since the weight gain is from estrogen it's a side effect not something you did or should have had control over. and i'd be willing to bet that the hormones are what's messing with your moods. anything else hormone-related - pms, post-partum, menopause - affects moods so i would think that would do it too.
Yay for being on the invite list but really, a prom?! I don't have anything remotely close to a prom dress, let alone anything much dressier than jeans.
