So I keep thinking things that are really degrading and humiliating. They make me so upset and no one knows why I'm upset, I'm just embarassing myself in my mind and then becoming upset. Today was really pretty. Harlan came over and we all went out to breakfast. It was fun. We went to Mt. Bonnel and toma took pictures with harlans awsome high res camera, then we printed pictures for some people because harlan had a portable photo printer..
