Our little un-born junior is of the male description. A little boy! So yes, we can't wait to meet Henry sometime in late September, early October.

I attended an ultrasound yesterday with Jerad and my Mum - 'twas lovely. Henry was just relaxing in there, sucking on his fingers, crossing his ankles, rolling around. He even did a funny little Marcel ( Read more... )

Joyous update! Very happy to hear Henry is well. No chance that Henry would become Henrietta as was the opposite case with Juuj? Hope you and Jerad are also well, although it sounds as if you are both delighted, as you should be!!

September birthdays are the best! But Octobers are good too :) xoxo

I asked to them to check the gender three times! The sonographer swears I can take the information to the bank. I have a low-lying placenta so I have to be monitored for that and have another ultrsound scheduled for 34 weeks, so I'll quadruple check then.

My husband the bunny? No, he's unaware. He knows I love his feet, but I have truly never seen anyone get out of a swimming pool and leave completely flat footprints before. He's a runner though, so they have obviously served him well.

What great news!! anonymous May 11 2007, 14:00:07 UTC
Cincinnati is celebrating at your wonderful news!! Finally a boy after all these girls. Poor child will be outnumbered at the Yankee family reunions. Jen and I love the name Henry and look forward to updates, pictures and stories. Re Jerad's feet, I noticed them when he was a child and as he grew they seemed to resemble divers fins, poor boy. But as you say they have served him well. You know I love ya Jerad feet and all!! Take care all three of you. Love YAL

Thanks! xx We just love the little guy already - almost everyone said they thought it would be a girl.

I will get confirmation (for the fourth time) later in the year.

Thanks Lori! We have started shunting furniture around to try and make room for new Henry-related things. I've also been trying to find child care... scary.

Shuttle in a series of friends and relations from our side of the world. That could take you right up to his first day of school.
(It would be interesting to see how the expenses compare to paying a local to babysit.)
