To make my eyeshadow stay, after I'm done applying it,mascara and all, I hairspray my lids. It keeps my makeup from wearing away, to an extent. Also, you could invest in an eye primer type thing to put on before your makeup to help it stay. :)

i'd use a good primer- there's one by smashbox (i think?!) that is good only really for going out or for photos because it can clog your pores if worn for extended periods of time.

also, i know i'm an unintentional 'face toucher'. the more you can keep your hands off your face, the less oily it will be, and the more your makeup will stay put!
