Hi, i am new to LJ.To be honest, i dont have a clue of what to do.All i have done so far is write entries in my journal.I really want to make friends, add communities, and would love to have Personalized blinkies.I havent got ANY of these.Please help.I know it is ALOT to ask for, but i am REALLY stuck.

These two FAQs can help you find friends and communities. Personalized blinkies is a bit beyond my and frank's scope, but why not try to find a community for that?

Partial entries

On a lot of journals I see entries where only part of the entry is shown on the Recent Updates page and then there's a link to the full entry on another page. How do you do that?
