i just woke up. i went to sleep at 3 (an average sleep time for me), and woke up at 1. that is bad. i normally wake up at 9 or 10 if i go to sleep as early as 3. that would yield 6 or 7 hours of sleep. my body only needs about 4 or 5. last night, i got 10 hours. now everything is all messed up. meh ( Read more... )
