The house is sold! The money has been wired into our bank account and I've already paid off my over-charged credit card. I got it paid before it had been over a month so I didn't even get a fee for it. Now I get to pay off a few collections, improve my credit rating some, and take a deep breath

i'm sooooo happy about this. of course, i've found other things to worry about, but i know it's just me being crazy. it's good when you know there's nothing to really worry about.
