I'm sorry to hear that, man. Being a long decline, as you said, I suppose it's a bit of a blessing in disguise - that's how it was with my grandma. At least you still have the memories.

You're not really missing much here, although I still maintain that LJ is better than facebook. (Although next time I log on there I may add you.)
