Continued my program!
Exersize:
Lunch - 35 min of elliptical
7pm - 35 min of elliptical
So a little over 10,800 steps
As for food,
Breakfast - Coffee, OJ, 2Eggs
10am snack - Banana, & tall skinny mocha
1pm snack - protein pack
dinner (I was bad c.c) - Doritos & a cookie
Figured I'd continue with the double cardio through Wed and aim to start
