OK... so my friends keep telling me I should use this thing. So here goes.
I'm here. Now as soon as I can figure out how to use this thing, I'll see if I can interact a bit!
Hello everybody.

Nothing promising yet, but just getting started... Have spiffed up resume, etc. and getting it out there - while being cautious of posting it online and revealing too much personal info due to security issues - that's become a big deal these days.
I dread looking at all the work I need on my portfolio. Sadly, my computer needs work before I can improve portfolio - and don't have the cash for that! (typical) Oh well... Ain't gonna waste the energy to get stressed about it at this point - I'll work with what I have and progress as able! Will take non-arts job again if necessary - arts jobs tend to pay like shit anyway.
I'll check in and update later... Take it easy you guys!

Looks like you're not addicted yet.. but thats a serious yet. Even though I generally don't do internet from home, I haven't fully kicked the habit.

How the hell ya been?
Right now I'm just trying to keep breathing...
Trying to convince myself I can survive
until (and after) I get another job.
You know.... same old ca-ca.
GREAT to hear from you!

I am working as a baker, getting better at sailing, almost never making it to the beach... I have a few more tattoos than the last time I saw you, and I'm learning the basics of Norse blacksmithing this summer in NC. To sum up. :)
luck on the job front. *hugs*

Summer sucks (at least HERE right now!)
Sailing is kewl
Norse Blacksmithing sounds REALLY kewl - though perhaps better as a *Wintertime* sport!
Can't wait to see your new 'toos!
...And thanks for the good-luck wishes;
I can ALWAYS use that!
The job-hunt seems to be picking up steam,
so maybe I'll soon be part of the *working* poor again...
as opposed to the desperately poor.
Miss ya, Love ya!
