Hah, I was just talking to someone yesterday who used to be security (or head of security- I'm not sure which) there and really has no love for the place.
That seems to be a common story amongst people who once worked there.

I was only there once, but I have to concur with you regarding the sound system. I went to see Conjure One/Unwoman and it was ridiculous how loud it was. It was completely unlistenable due to the sheer volume. My ears were practically bleeding!
