I am working on a Grand Unified Theory on Mothers and Boyfriends, and essentially it says that whenever you hear about a domestic tragedy, more often than not, you'll hear the phrase "mother and boyfriend" somewhere in the story. It isn't bulletproof, but it seems to work more often than not. After the recent snowstorm, there was much complaining over what the city of Seattle did about it. Seattle got this.
