It’s been months since I wrote a LiveJournal entry. I haven’t really felt like sharing, I guess. I’d like to put up three bits, then, for your amusement:

I had a grand time at Chrononaut last night. It was rather less crowded than I had expected, based on the gallery of previous events, and I completely failed to meet anyone new. Am looking forward to coming Thursday; never attended "The Queen Bee" before. Understand it's a bit of a mix, attracting adventurers, suffragettes, engineers, and the occasional aristocrat. Started a vest for the occasion last night - expect to look dashing or near enough to it. Will share details after the event.

Is it just me, or is there something seriously wrong with this product name?

I didn't have a particular author in mind when I wrote about my daughter's fateful attempt to occupy the same space as me, but apparently I came off like Salinger.
