God willing, I'm pre-screening the movie, "Serenity", September 27th

September 27th is my birthday.

During that day (if all goes well) I will be doing a pre-screening of the movie "Serenity", based on the television series "Firefly", and produced by Joss Whedon of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Angel" fame. The showing will be at 7:00 p. m. at AMC Clearwater Crossing.

How'd you get advance tickets? You lucky dog! We'll have to wait until the 30th to see it with all the yoo-hoo's and general public. You know, the talking, cell phone using, napkin rubbing, sombrera wearing, bringing the meuling baby, cheese-heads we all end up sitting next to some how whenever we go to see a movie.

There was a promotional ad on decembertyger's LiveJournal. I took advantage of it. Apparently, I got my reservations just in time--they closed the pre-screeners offer due to the overwhelming response.

I'll be happy to give you the details later.
