I'd stopped posting to this LJ a while ago. I'm amazed at how many of my LJ friend's pages have been inactive for a year or more. Is it just me, or is LiveJournal not the community my friends post on anymore? -

The Indianapolis Colts are going to the Super Bowl against the Chicago Bears! Demons seen putting on ice skates in hell! Dogs & Cats living together! Total hysteria!
Seriously, I'm shocked (and secretly pleased) that the Colts were able to pull it out against New England. And I hope Mayor Peterson enjoys his Boston Rock Lobster.

Really wiped out..
I just got back home from visiting the McClungs today.
After staying up until 3:50 a. m., I was awakened at 8:00 a. m. by one of my goddaughters. This was subsequently followed by:

RE: Our 12th night dinner

You'll remember a little further back in my LJ that I had a medieval themed feast (normally held the first weekend after New Years Day). Last night, my wife and I had five guests show up. All in all, a fun evening was had. We'd had the following items to eat:

I now have the maille the way I want it. I have the hemp canvas aketon. I have most anything I need to pull off as authentic a portrayal as I can. Now, I need to start showing up to practice more regularly.
