Pretty much any kind of education works well, it doesn't even have to be sex specific. Give people educational and economic incentives to keep the number of children low and voila, you have plummeting birth rates in the nineteenth century. Encouraging heavy pettying also goes a long way. Far from leading to "the real thing", the envidence is that it delays the move to intercourse.

Just heard via MKS on LJ that it's your birthday, so many congratulations!

Found your survey responses a welcome refutation to those this side of the Pond who consider the 2004 election proof that all Americans are idiots. I've never felt that, but then I've had the pleasure of hanging out with guys such as Ted White, Dan Steffan, Randy Byers et al, (heck, even Andy Hooper), so I'm well aware of the wide spectrum of political opinion over there.

It's hardly America's, though, as the Chinese and Koreans could tell you about the Japanese, the South Africans could tell you about the Dutch, and almost any tribe in Africa could tell you about at least one of its neighbors, race not being limited to skin color.
