I went to Japan. I accidentally left my old pocket camera in the hotel. They kindly posted it back to me but forgot to say it's not liable for customs charges because it's mine. Now I have to pay £32 for their incompetence... I'm pissed off. Parcel force aren't much better either, it's taken 4 days to post me a letter
