This is an unusual post for me. I'm about to advertise a product. Not something I built either. I recently decided I needed a new portable audio recorder. My last one, a Tascam DAT, worked well, but I wanted better audio quality than a DAT and smaller size. After careful digging I found the M-Audio Microtrack 24/96. Sounds like one HELL of a find. Is that what you used to record Rory's show? I hope so. I hope this message finds you well.

Yes, I did indeed record Rory's show with this unit. In fact, I had been on the fence about buying it until Soup's email about Rory's show, at which point I ran out and bought it with hopes that Rory would let me record. I wanted it anyway, but the show kicked me in the ass.

And yes, I'm well. I hope you and the Soup are good too.
