So I was thinking today, man...it's friggen hot. So I went swimming at my sister's house while she had her annual 4th O' July Bash with ye ol' fam fam. But like I said, it was hot. And I got a heat headache from it and passed out for 2.5 hours. Which means I missed fireworks. Oh well. It'll happen again next year so I'm not too worried ( Read more... )

Plans are to spend it with fam fam and to work on that essay i've been putting off. yay! at least i'll get to sleep on it.

if i had a totoro....he would solve ALL my problems. and he would be a soft fluffy mode of transportation.

This healthcare system needs to change somehow. There should be 4:1 ratio on patients to nurses in the nursing home. why? well because i was taking care of 9 dementia patients at a time...which means i would have to change, dress, feed, wash, an LIFT all those patients by myself on a timed schedule. and that's how i got a back injury. and that's ( Read more... )
