Would Bootcamp work? (Though I guess that would require the PC version. I guess the upside would be the EPs they didn't port for Mac?)
I hate spambots.

I can send you a used PC with every EP and SP installed on it that has run TS2 fine for 2 years now - just so you can FREAKIN PLAY AGAIN. I'm upgrading my daughter's PC and this one is gonna get sent to the recycling center anyway. But then you probably wouldn't be able to transfer your saved 'hoods over. And, you know, it's a PC. :P

My suggestion, if you've got any backups, would be to get some virtual mirroring software like Parallels. (Don't do as I did and do a partition, because you will seriously never use it.) Then, um, acquire the PC version of everything. I bought the whole collection off Ebay cheaply.
But yes, it's a PITA about Lion and Power PC incompatibility. I kept my old laptop to Sim on when I got the new laptop, but ironically, I haven't had a chance to use it. I suppose you could get a slightly older Mac that still has Snow Leopard, but there wouldn't be much point because everything is now moving toward Lion anyway. Blech.
