EA Customer Service was Great!
The other day I noticed that Canadians are being overcharged for sim points compared to the United states. Our money is currently worth more than theirs now but the website still says 1k points for 10 USD or 12 CAD and theres no option to buy directly with USD unless your billing address is in the US ( Read more... ) -
Game Summit February 2011

Civ 5 Excitement: Building
I'm starting to get a bit excited about Civ 5. I've been reading the steam forums today and found a website (well-of-souls.com/civ/) that shows a whole bunch of info about the game pieced together from various sources. Milky Way
This past weekend, Adam and I were out camping near bristol Quebec with some friends and for the first time ever I could see the Milky Way just by looking up. Hubble 3D on IMax
I just watched Hubble 3D on the IMax screen. movie-wise it was decent. For the nerd in me though, it bordered on spiritual. I was amazed when they zoomed out and showed the whole universe. The obvious bit: our planet is one spec next to our star, our star is one spec to our galaxy, and our galaxy is one spec to the universe. And they zoomed ( Read more... ) -
