so, I was informed last evening that my biggest problem is that I lack confidence. this is true, I agree, but what does one do with that information? recital, postponed to april 1, due to accompanying fiascos.
otherwise, I'm feeling generally old and unwanted. I need out. SOON. away from my past.

as the recital approaches, I'm starting to get a bit nervous, but in a detached way. it's very wierd. I know that I will be ready, but my lack of accompanists and such....oh my, it's freaking me out.
