Aaahhh god this is lovely. You've given Italy so much depth, but still kept him himself, trying so hard to keep a smile up despite it all. And oh, oh, the part about apples and oranges, that's so Germany, and it's so Italy to notice.

I love the apple-orange part too aha. It was completely unplanned though; I started off with just wanting Italy to ask Germany a random question.
