Cherry blossom season is over in the Kanagawa region. In Odawara, when the wind blew, petals flew off the trees and I was surrounded in a shower of floating cherry blossom petals. It was so magical. ...have not been hugely eventful. Jason's birthday was April 5th. That was eventful. Jason wanted to go to a baseball game, so we did. It was the Nippon Ham Fighters versus the Fukuoka Diae Hawks. Oh yeah, I forgot. In my town, there is a new store that just opened up. It's a Doggie boutique!! It's so cute; it has a counter of gourmet doggie treats (including doggie birthday cakes) and is full of doggie clothes. They even have animal-print cowboy hats. I realize I am a bit late updating about the weekend, but I'm sure you are all used to it by now. I would have updated Monday, but I got sick. A cold, a head cold. I haven't really been healthy at all since I have been in Japan. I got food poisoning twice, I got a flu-like virus once, I was sick when I got here, and I've thrown up numerous times. Wednesday night I caved; the kitchen stunk to high heaven, I came home maybe 8:00, my roommate wasn't home, so I just did the stupid dishes myself.
