Day of Silence?

A day where people remain silence for most of the day in a protest to the voices you aren't hearing. Namely, Gays, transvestites, transexuals, the like.

How do teachers react to the Day of Silence thing?

Coming Out Day is Oct 11th, so you've got a while to find that shirt. (You could probably get a button saying that if the shirt search fails.)

Actually, they take it very well. Most of my teachers are really cool, so they respect it. Only one gave me half a problem last year, but all he said was that he didn't think it was a very good way to protest.

I shall probably end up making it myself, as per usual *grin*
